™ All entries recorded in Central Time (CT). Actual entry and drawing dates are subject to change at the sole discretion of the IL Lottery. Odds of winning any prize in a 2nd Chance Promotion will vary depending on the number of entries received for that drawing.

IL Lottery shall post complete lists of winners after certification of drawing results. The certification process can delay posting of winners for a week or more after the drawings.
